Maintains pool facilities (if they exist at the property) as assigned.

Responds to maintenance requests and in-house calls in designated time frame.

Routine inspections of all lighting throughout the property, identifying and resolving potential problems.

Diagnose and repair/replace a failed RTU compressor.

Responsible for assisting in all areas of facilities maintenance including but not limited to: Makes recommendations for process improvements. Performs major maintenance and or repairs of facilities equipment as directed, including HVACR.

Assist with training and onboarding of existing and new staff.

Assists on projects assigned to the department, administrates cosmetic repairs to the facility finishes, and assists in all areas of facilities maintenance as directed.ĮSSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Completes basic and major preventative and corrective maintenance and troubleshoots minor equipment maintenance problems involving electrical, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. Responsible for performing routine maintenance.
